The earlier calculation may not be too attractive for lenders. As a RM1k loan will only allow and RM20 per month where the full loan is on the 12month at full amount. Its still not attractive. The return for operator is however immense at 1.5X the amount of lending.
In the example above the calculation is change where for a RM1k loan we promise a 20% total benefit and the payout is made equally monthly at RM100 per month or 8.33% of the full loan amount. More attractive to lender (eventhough it is lower by 4% of the previous 24% return). The loser will be the operator in this case with inclusive of introducer at 10% of loan (less 2%) than original, the return is only 0.82 of lending.
Maybe we can give 3 option
1. No monthly return just full amount return at month 12 where it is higher since we roll the money back. This is for those who trust us and no need for any monthly payout.
2. The RM20 per month at 24% for RM1k option
3. The 20% with equal payout monthly.
