Story - My life as forex trader

I am not trading like most other as I trade using robots. What I need to do on a daily basis or even all the time I have to be vigilant. Making sure that the tradings do not go wrong technically. Also I must be prepared with back ups if the case that it did go wrong. What I mean technically is that not to wrry about the markets rights or wrongs but my set up that can go not to my desire like :-
1. Electricity down
2. Internet down
3. Far away from trading stations

Bear in mind that its not only about the trading as it is also on  the business side which are
1. Marketing including answering calls, presentation, goind thru emails, whatsapp, blogs etc of the business
2. The administration of the business like reporting and online banking. Also include signing up clients.

In order to achieve all this, I need to have well prepared and sufficient
1. Trading or working stations - comfortable, well equipped and entertaining
2. Tools like ample computers including backups
3. Phones credits, data and calls
